To start with Clint there is no hosting solution with an absolute 100%
uptime, but there are varying degree's of 99% uptime. The only provider I
know of who can offer 99.999% uptime is Rackspace

provide it. Believe me! They specialize in dedicated and complex hosting,
so if you are concerned about sharing space on a server with other sites
(all virtual plans do, always) the Rackspace will build a server just for

online in 24 hours. However this is probably not for you.
