DC,

Unfortunately, Netscape will tell you outright that they no longer are
providing support for ANY of their products, since they are now *** ONLY
*** a software development company - any and all support issues are
being handled strictly by AOL people these days. Since all Netscape
products are fully and completely available for download at no cost,
they find they have no reason to provide support any more whatsoever.
