Good info.  I wonder if that would apply to an internal PCI

I had some similar problems, but making a few registry
changes made a great
deal of difference.  In particular, try downloading the Dr.
TCP program
(DrTCP.exe) and make the changes from within the program.

tips for speeding
up a DSL connection even more.
