I just found another good site. Well, it's not that new, but
it has some great tweaks there that really worked.

They have a tiny program to download that's a shortcut to the
registry settings and makes them very easy and fast to tweak.

I've used it on my 3COM905B-TX NIC and it has worked for me.

I'm going to have to check out the site you mentioned.  Being
a speed freak,
