After being on the internet for some years with no major problems, I have
now come across a huge problem.
I can get online but am unable to receive or send email or open any web
pages. I spoke to my provider and was talked through a few things and still
hasn't rectified the problem. I have a screen that comes up saying cannot
find the server? My provider has informed me that I would need a technician
to come out at a charge to fix this. What is my problem and can anyone
help?
