Do you use Zone Alarm?
If so, try closing the program...if that doesn't work, uninstall it..if that
doesn't work, reinstall ZA, then uninstall it..
I had the exact same problem.
If you do not have Zone Alarm, did tech support have you remove your dial up
connection in your network?
