Jeff, Actually the correct format is:. R-click on Column, then on Format Cells - Custom - General This is for 2000, perhaps 2002 has a different format. Ed, This doesn't look right. I have number, but no 'custom' after I highlight that. I tried 'custom' general' and this turns digits into ########.
