I recently moved my outlook.pst file from C:\Windows to a secondary drive. As expected, when I opened Outlook2000, I had to direct it to the new location. When I retrieved my mail from the ISP, I got Outlook messages to the effect that Rules couldn't move such-and-such message to the designated folder. I looked in Rules Wizard, and, sure enough, the folder names had all become "specified folder." I changed them all "back" to the folders I wanted.
This morning, I retrieved my mail, and *everything went quietly into my Inbox - no messages, no nothing. Oddly, the WAV's I had associated with the different rules *did sound, so the rules are working, at least somewhat, but they don't move the message to the designated folders.
