I agree. If you do not use a credit card, makes getting charge backs more difficult. I paid for web hosting which came with a money back guarantee. After several days of emailing the web host support, I emailed paypal, with these people's 'guarantee' and they would not help me. Against their policy. Finally the webhost company did respond and returned the funds that were paid from my existing paypal balance. I was very upset with paypal and since I showed them the webhost guarantee, feel they should have done more to help me. But what can you do if Pay Pal is what most places use? Jeff
