Hi.. I am having a problem with my scanner.. (I am a novice).. Would so appreciate any & all help.. as I don't have a clue as to what to do next..
Also how would I find if I have a parallel or USB port..etc?? I have loaded the Color Flatbed Disc & the New Soft Scanner Software.. We purchased this scanner several years ago.. at that time I was running Win95.. am presently running Win98SE.. have a Pentium 3- 866 MH procesor- 256 megsRAM- 8.4 gigs H.D. and 8 meg video card.. I only used the scanner just a few times.. ------------------------------ This is the message that continually comes up.. U32SCAN Twain error (T009) Error is getting Twain data source (T021) Unable to find the Twain source manager (Twain_32DLL) Please copy the Twain _32DLL file from your source disk to your windows folder (T039) ------------------------- Is this a problem that I would be able to fix?
