Linda, I am curious of your support capabilities and what hardware you
utilize, I'm not questioning your prowess in the usage of Office.
Having been employed in support capacities before I have found some
certification holders who simply wave their paper around like they are the
gift from the gods to the end users, usually to the end users chagrin
unfortunately. Perhaps you've met the type who won't support a user unless
the user does use the latest everything and that all of the users questions
are yes or no based only.
You are not in that league what so ever.

Do you happen to have a list of software known to be problematic with MS
Office? I know Lotus Smart Suite 97 when put on the same partition as
Office 97 (base install) was problematic in windows 95, I still have a few
win95 users I support with both of these apps (on separate partitions of
course :)

>Office 2k installs have sp2. And the Office XP installs have sp1.
