The US certifications for QA/QC you want to check on are these: Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) Certified Quality Engineer, (CQE) Certified Quality Manager (CQM) Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) The American Society for Quality has a list of certification programs for the certifications listed above and some others.
