I don't think it will bounce email back, but I haven't really checked into that carefully. When it is installed, you will see an icon (picture of a dog) in your task bar. If you double click on that, it will open to a screen with tabs. Click on the tab for Recent Mails. Then double click on the message you want to preview. At that point you can delete it, mark it as spam or good, etc.
