To one and all, Am wondering how important and do you gain anything extra by using a software firewall, such as Norton or Sysgate, when you already have a firewall built-in to a router that is being used, such as from NetGear or similar???
Likewise, can using a software firewall cause system problems when you already have a hardware firewall active??? This is something that I have not seen discussed one way or the other.
