Hello...
I followed a link sent to this list to disable certain services to free space..
I had nothing but trouble after disabling the recommended services. Restore function did not help.
I got most things up and running except after rebooting my laptop, it takes a few minutes before my
network, DSL or dial-up gets rolling.
In-other-words, opening IE or MS Outlook Express, nothing downloads from the Internet for a few minutes.
Does anyone know which service may fix this problem?
