Alan,
Do not place RE in the subject. Re means "Reply" and will automatically be placed 
there when you reply to
an email.
In Outlook, click tools-options, then the maintenance tab.
Click the tab "store folder" and you click change the location.
I don't know if this will work for removable media or a network, but if it does, 
either will have to be
available when using OE.

This might be a stupid question. If i use outlook express, do all the mails
have to be stored in C:driver [ i install the windows OS in the Cdriver]

If it is so, then it should be  a problem cause when the mails size to be
bigger and i have no way to move them to other dirvers or achive them.
