Alan, Do not place RE in the subject. Re means "Reply" and will automatically be placed there when you reply to an email. In Outlook, click tools-options, then the maintenance tab. Click the tab "store folder" and you click change the location. I don't know if this will work for removable media or a network, but if it does, either will have to be available when using OE.
