Clint,

Well, may prove moot in a lot of ways - turns out due to some factor in
a very recent install of a program is what I think caused the problem to
happen originally. And Since Norton stopped working entirely after the
install, including after a complete uninstall and reinstall (click on
icon and nothing happens at all), looks like have to do a complete new
install of Win98SE from scratch again.

This has got me realizing, no matter what I do, HAVE TO GET THE BACKUP
SOFTWARE ON AND DO CRITICAL BACKUPS RIGHT FROM DAY ONE THAT I KEEP IN
THE REFERENCE BINDER FOR EVER AND EVER AND EVER!!!!

After talking to NTI, Seems that I can fully and competely recommend
their Backup Now! Deluxe for every version of Windows - you can do
disaster backups with the DriveImage Backup in every version of Windows,
from 95 through XP, and use Backup Now! for Incremental/Differencial
Backups likewise from 95 through XP.

Can not say the same for other backup software have dealt with before,
include Backup My PC by Stomp, software originally by Veritas, now
maintained by Sonic. Seems that for it can not do a disaster backup for
NT4, 2K, or XP, and will not support dual boot systems, unlike most of
the Image Backup software packages I have seen.
