Aloha Ralph,

Look under 'Tools' ==> 'Options' ==> 'Security,' on that dialog window
there is a section called "Virus Protection." there are two 'check' type
controls here. One says "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened
that could potentially be a virus." Remove the check mark long enough to
get at the attachment you want but put it back as soon as you're done.
