Actually this works well but you must close the window via CTL-ALT-DEL after it is initially open, then it will open in full screen after that until such time the size is changed. This puts an "IEXPLORE" icon to the desktop for full kiosk mode:
Starting Internet Explorer in Full Screen Kiosk Mode You can create a shortcut that will start the Internet Explorer in Kiosk mode. There are no menu's and all commands need to be entered though keystrokes (eg Ctrl-O to open). 1.. Right click on an open area of the desktop 2.. Select New / Shortcut 3.. For the Command enter "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" -k 4.. Give it any name you want (ie. IE Full Kiosk Mode).
