Ben, I have that and it does work...but perhaps the cartridge is worn out since it won't print all the colors any more...or the printer is wore out. I know that there is a piece of hardware available that will reset epson cartridges. I have no idea how well it works. Take a look at http://www.ink-refills.org/epsonresetter.html . I always recommend Canon at least for photo printing. I have an I850 that's been terrific. I just ordered an i9900.
