Peter, Setting Outlook to check mail would likely work, but there are times I have Outlook open and no Internet connection. It surprises me, when I run into a host that does something like this or only allow you so many emails per hour, but don't tell you when signing up. It annoys me these companies doing these things to cut down on SP*M, but at the same time interfering with legitimate emails. Just my thoughts.
