Peter, This one is on Hostexcellence.com I have another site with bluehost.com that is top notch, except for their mailing list. They use mailman and once the mailman was updated with a new version, many days it could take up to 24 hours for the emails to come through the list.
Hostexcellence uses a new type of control panel which I don't like. HSphere is totally different than what I'm used to. They have a mailing list feature also, but I have very little control on the options, like preventing HTML emails or allowing members to set to nomail for vacation requests. They lost a lot of customers shortly thereafter, and went under quickly too which was a shame as their support was top notch beforehand. I have dialup and when my email client is offline it's fine, as soon as it's online it automatically checks for new mail with no problems. Aside from the email, how do you enjoy your new host?
