I have since converted it to PDF to send to the gym. They want to be able to change the time, class name and instructor on the form but keep the design intact. I wanted to know if there is an Acrobat utility or program that will allow me to give them a finished PDF and allow them to edit just the copy from month to month on a PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My other alternative is to recreate the schedule in MS Publisher. Not the greatest solution!!
