If you are wanting to create a concordance style index - with page references to key words and phrases - to include at the end of a PDF file or print copy - SuperFindAR-Pro and ConCordex (two separate software products) will do that as an automated process. You can find them at www.acrobotics.net - both software products include "Index Assistant" - which automatically builds a list of words from a document to index for.
