I have created a
document with cross-references in Word 2002. I then converted the document to
Adobe using the Adobe PDF button. The document converted perfectly except the
cross-references are no longer highlighted (gray) as they were in Word. Is there
any way to get the cross-references to convert over with the gray highlighting.
My documents are usually 125 to 200 pages in length and I would prefer to not do
any modifications in the Adobe document.
