Cy, Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, none of the choices are selected on that Tab. What you see next to Encryption is "40-bit RC4 (Acrobat 3.x, 4.x)". There is no way to turn off this encryption and that's what appears to be causing the problem. Any other suggestions?
