When it comes to forms and Acrobat, Max is at the head of the class. Maybe
he should write the book. How many languages do you speak, Max?

I can really understand your frustration. There have been many changes from
Acrobat 5 to 6 whose usefullness I am not going to discuss here (they would
go beyond the reasonable limits of the mailing list format...).

The Form tool as we know has been abandoned. There is now a Field tool which
is subdivided into tools for the individual field types. And there is the
Object Selection tool which allows you to see and select fields and links
alike.

The keyboard shortcuts are still all there, but someone (please insert your
word of choice here) decided to set the factory default setting to
"deactivated". Go to the Preferences --> General tab and check the "Use
single-key accellerators to access tools" option. Et voil, the keyboard
shortcuts are back.

The Classroom in a Book is useless for creating fields. If you have a closer
look at the Acrobat 6 version, it says that it is for "Acrobat 6 Standard".
There is no Classroom in a Book for Acrobat 6, and -- from what I heard --
there will not be one. I don't know if that is a decision by Peachpit, or if
that decision has been influenced by Adobe.

So, overall, it is not thaaaaat bad <g>.

Hope, this can help.
