What she's done is try to add text with the text commenting tool in Acrobat
5 on top of a scanned image saved in PDF format. The text is appearing as
25% black. I don't have Acro 5, but Suzette claims that she doesn't have the
same opacity slider that I have in version 6.
There's no opacity slider in version 5. There'is just a "border color" (for border and text) and a "Fill color" option in the properties box.
Beware : in version 5 this tool sucks, you need to select the hand tool, deselect and reselect the Text comment to be able to acced the properties box via right-clic, otherwise the "Properties" item is not displayed in the contextual menu.
