One thing you want to keep in mind when you use a button template to add the
buttons to many pages - these navigation additions increase the file size
dramatically! Compare a before and after and I think you'll find it can
double the pdf size is some cases.
Assuming your PDF is not an online form, zipping the PDF file may simply solve that
