You can't always embed the fonts out of ID.  I'm in OS9.2 and take OSX files
quite often.  When I export or distill, even with my settings set to embed,
I often get the message that the fonts can't be embedded due to licensing
restrictions.  The ONLY solution I have found is to outline the fonts.
