Janine,

Better read your fonts' EULAs (End User License Agreements). Many if not most EULAs 
for fonts that prohibit embedding also prohibit your use of the font via "convert to 
outline" or "convert to raster" operations as well! You might be "getting around" the 
fsType flag in a TrueType or OpenType font, but you would still be in actual violation 
of the fonts' licenses! A much better solution would be to license fonts without such 
onerous and stupid licensing restrictions!
