[PDF] Passing one text field into a PDF

Is there a simple way to pass a text field into a PDF using simple ASP or HTML?  I have only a virtual domain at godaddy.com and can not install any server side services.  My goal is to have a map that will insert the proper sales persons  name when the users clicks a map on the Internet.
