Nope, you're not.  I loved the feel of the S3 the second I picked it
up.  That was my first pre-Spotmatic Pentax, and it got me started on my
addiction.

Ah, but the distance from the base to the shutter release is noticeably
shorter on the PSP's (pre-Spotmatic Pentaxes).  The S3 has much more of
the pentaprism poking over the top plate, which means that the actual body
of the camera is shorter than the K-series.  Not to mention much shorter
than the MZ-5n with "AA" grip.  :)
