Hi Sylwester: I use a Manfrotto 479-4B plus 324 RC head, with the Z-1 or MZ-S and FA 80-200 2.8 or F 300 mm. 4.5 and it is sturdy enough for my needs. At the same time, it is not too heavy or big to carry it strapped to my photo backpack or shoulder bag.
