ME Super mirror bumper is 3mm, I used three layers of 1 mm form double width (3.5mm) strips.
The MX mirror bumper is about 2mm thick and the same width. The MX also has narrower strips (1.75mm) on the sides and back of the top of the mirror box as light seals.
