It didn't fry any USB devices, did it? All my images are being backed up to USB external drives, in addition to DVD.
USB seems to be fine. The old main board had only 2 USB ports, and I had a wireless network adapter on one and a powered hub on the other. The printer and a CF card reader hooked up to the hub. Those all were unaffected. Fortunately, my scanner also emerged unscathed, even though the SCSI card it was hooked up to got fried.
