How would the beautiful woman feel if you walked up to her, and said
"Excuse me, but I think you're really beautiful?"  How do you think
this subject would feel if you did the same thing (substituting "fat"
for "beautiful") ?

What's your purpose for showing this photograph?  As an accompanying
image to a storyline on the growing obesity problem in America, and
how fast foods and sugar-laden drinks contribute to the problem, it
could well be the ideal choice (or maybe not; is this woman just fat,
or is this a side-effect of an underlying medical problem?).  For any
other purpose I find it distasteful - see my comments on the PUG of a
month ago.
