You are lucky, in the UK the only way to see the photo is to take it to court.  As 
soon as you elect to do this, they withdraw their 'offer' of 3 points (12 = a ban) & 
�60 fine and the whole thing becomes means tested plus you would have to risk paying 
court costs etc.  Unless you are really close to a ban, it is just not worth the risk 
of doing anything other than just paying up.

They do this in the UK now on some motorways - and yes it is just about the only form 
of traffic camera which does what it should.
