I believe that we have trials of that system here in the UK. Nottingham somewhere, if I'm not mistaken. What a scenario: the latest gizmo computes your average speed over a set distance, at known camera points, and so as you've been wildly overtaking those half a dozen cars doing 38mph in a 60 zone, as soon as you scramble in front of them, your gizmo tells you that for the rest of the distance you need to do 12 mph !!
