They have this SPECS on the M4 between Newport and Cardiff too. That is not the worst though. The mobile vans they have in Reading generate soo much money, and the police are limited in what they are allowed to spend the revenue on, that after the first month they gave �3million back to the government because they literally could not spend it!!
