i have Neat Image, Grain Surgery, Digital GEM, Noise Fixer, and some Fred Miranda actions for Photoshop. read http://www.michaelalmond.com/Articles/noise.htm. i have not tried Noise Ninja but i basically agree with the rest of his assessments.
