While I do have a good mini lab for C-41, they sometimes get sloppy.
And, in most cases, I don't want a batch of 4x6 prints. I have nowhere
to put them and no use for them. So I've been taking my C-41 to the
local pro lab along with my E-6. I just have them process the C-41 and
make a contact sheet. Then I scan the negs I like and print them on the
Epson 1200. The cost of process and contact at the pro lab is about the
same as printing the full roll at a minilab.
