Hi Rob,
No doubt you are correct. My knowledge of Digital ICE is entirely
secondhand (via the web).
Any tips on fixing scratches? I usually rely on the rubber stamp for
detailed areas and use the lasso tool combined with the blur and noise
filters on areas with little detail-but even then I can still spend more
than an hour fixing one negative (95% of that time is simply me finding and
selecting the scratches and divots, not processing time).
