Actually it rejects e-mail with attachments entirely sending them back 
with a nasty gram attached.
At least it did when something spoofed my e-mail address and tried to 
send a virus to the list.

It is unwelcome.
Actually, I think the PDML server strips html and attachments as it
arrives.
