Butch, A MacOz looks like a Quarter Pounder, but it has a sesame seed bun toasted on the inside, the salad has lettuce, tomato, onion IIRC, and beetroot, aka beets (which we Aussies enjoy as a cold salad vegetable), and barbeque sauce in place of the creamy "special sauce" that seems to typify the flavour of American burgers. And the beef patty of course, cooked to that anaemic greyness that only MacDonalds can achieve.
