I thought about getting rid of the guy in the background completely, but
y'know, having him there, even though a bit distracting, compliments the
scene in some small way.  Some gaussian blur might do the trick ;-))

Thing is, what some people call distractions, when removed, can sometimes
create too sterile an atmosphere, or lessen the story or sense of place by
too great a degree.
