It says it contains methonal. It smells a lot like methanol. I expect it is repackaged methonal for a lot of extra money.
I assume you mean Methanol (methyl alcohol). Methanal is something else. Methanol is a deeply unpleasant chemical. In quite small doses, it will cause you to go blind. It can be absorbed through the skin and lungs, as well as by drinking. The only reason meths (a mixture of methyl and ethanol [ethyl alcohol] sold for cleaning and fuel) drinkers don't die immediately is that the antidote for methanol poisoning is ethanol. It takes tham years to give themselves a fatal dose, by which time the direct effects of the alcohols have usually done most of the work anyway.
I can see no good reason (except cheapness) for using methanol in a cleaning fluid when there are much safer and equally effective alternatives.
