Heck, most of us would choose the prettier girl as being the better photo 
regardless of anything else.

It's like comparing apples and oranges and reaching the conclusion that 
apples would make a better apple pie ingredient than oranges. One needs to 
compare kinds of apples.

You call this a comparison?
The lighting is different, it's not the same model, no mention is
made of what, if any, post processing, or even in camera processing
was done.
Sorry, this doesn't even meet the minimal requirement for
credibility.
