Lens was Tokina atx Pro II 28-70/2.8 with a Tamron AF 2 x teleconverter. Not sure what focal length was used - exif data reads as 45mm, but add to that the 1.5x magnification for the digital medium, and also the teleconverter, and I really don't know what that translates to.
