Seems to me, however, that whatever division(s) Pentax
is getting it's revenue from, a financially healthy
Pentax Corporation is a Good Thing for the Imaging
Division.

Or to state it in the negative, an unhealthy parent
corporation would be very bad news for the
photographic division.

All this sounds pretty good to me...
